No Nativity Scene in DC
« on: December 22, 2011, 02:16:05 pm »
 No  Nativity Scene in DC

There  will be no Nativity Scene in Washington this year! The  Supreme Court has ruled that there cannot be a Nativity  Scene in the United States ' Capitol this Christmas  season.
This  isn't for any religious reason. They simply have not been  able to find Three Wise Men in the Nation's  Capitol.
A  search for a Virgin  continues.
There  was no problem, however, finding enough asses to fill the  stable.

I wonder if part of the concern was picking the biggest asses for the stable.  That cold take some time.  Too many to sort through.

Interesting to note that this story involves so many 'asses' and NO elephants!

Sorry to pop the balloon but they sit on BOTH sides of the aisle!!!

Don't worry GB.  My personal disdain for politicians is totally bi-partisian.  Actually it is pretty much all inclusive!

I agree, at this time you have to think bi-partisian. I will cross the lines and vote for the other party if I need to.  ;)
