A new beginning

My name is Bo Mitchell. I have just recently retired as a Staff Sergeant from the army do to injuries. I spent 10 years in the army as an MP and would do it all over again. After being retired I have been looking for a new hobby (so has the wife haha). A good friend of mine who is also a member here (cajunmp1980) brought over his new scroll saw yesterday for me to try out. After a few cuts I went  today and bought the entry level craftsman 16". Thanks to this site I have a place to unload questions lol and one day hope to be able to answer questions for another person new to the craft.

Hey frogot to say where I am from and where I live. I am from Oklahoma and I currently living in Clarksville TN. In May when my wife graduates from college we are going back to oklahoma!!!! Cant wait to go back home ten years is to long to be away from home and family!
