how long normally to receive a wood order from Heritage? been three weeks  disappointed in the turnaround

I’ve done 2 orders there, both were at least that long but very,very nice wood came .

I buy all of my hardwood from them and I'd say that three weeks is the norm and not the exception.  I'm sorry if you were anticipating quick turnaround from Heritage Wood.  They are not that kind of operation.  They are a small operation and are probably impacted by COVID.  They produce a quality product and you should anticipate their turnaround time when you require materials.  Regards >> GLC in Cypress, Texas
