Great Service @ Seyco
« on: October 13, 2013, 09:32:47 am »
Earlier this week my bottom blade holder on my EX21 failed. Seems the thumb screw hole had worn out. I called Ray @ Seyco after hours and explained the situation to him. ( I had just received a large order from one of my retail stores who sells my work and they wanted it soon to have for the Christmas season). I received the parts two days later! And, Ray suggested mailing him the old blade holder and he would repair it and mail it back to me to use for a backup. Great Service!!

I have always found Ray to be over the top with customer service, whether you purchased the saw from him or not.  I love seeing him get the good publicity he deserves! :)

I agree Ray at Seyco and Mike at Mikesworkshop.com for FD blades are the best.

Ray at Seyco cannot be beat, that is why I bought my saw from him. :)
