Not really a brag item but wanted to show everyone

As most of you know my Mom passed away on Friday. I wanted to build the box urn for her ashes and I completed it today. The box is made from Santos Mohagony, the lid inset is 1" Bird's Eye Maple, and the wood on the rose is African Mohagony. The color of the rose was done with sand inlay and acrylic casting resin.

What a beautiful box.  It honors your mother.  She would be so proud of your work.  Thank you for sharing and I am sorry for your loss.

what a wonderful way of honoring your mom with a very beautiful urn made by you, im sure she is smiling down at you. thank you for sharing this with us.

You made you mom proud with that.  I'm sure that took a lot of tears and work...but the love for your mom and family shows in this piece.
