Great and scary news!

As I was walking toward the baggage claim today I got a call on my cellphone from my sister...she was beside herself...asked if i could sit someplace...then she told me...........

The Cochlear Implant surgery has been approved by the insurance company!!!!!!!!!!

Great News but also scary but I am going ahead with the procedure.
Surgeon has a full schedule through September and I am scheduling for probably the 2nd week of October.

I'll keep you all posted and ask for a prayer or two to help me get through it and pray that the darn thing works for me. There are no 'guarantees' but it works for most folks.

prayers are with you GB. the only thing worst then hearine=g trouble is vision trouble in my option which i've been fighting sense may this year already had 11 eye doctors appointments and surgery for it. hope and pray all goes well for you take care and god bless you and your family

Hey it worked great for Rush Limbaugh...well some days he don't hear to good but then we all have "selective hearing deficit"...good luck

I guess the approval is an answer to many prayers, so praise first!
will pray for good surgery and a successfully working CI!
