She is made from red oak and is 12 inches tall. I made the pattern from a picture. I will post the pattern but I have to scan it first.

For the pattern I would say it's Disney's Arielle. I might have seen a picture or stencil like that.

She is made of 1/2 inch red oak, 12 inches tall and the base is 3" x 10".
