Help with a pattern

Hey, Everyone ,
I don't post on here very often but. I was wondering if someone could take Steve's pattern of the Gymnastic superstar and change it to say Savea's Achievements. There is and Accent mark over the E in the name Savea. . Thanks for the help.

Thank you I am sure it will. I will post a pic when I get it done. Might be a few week have a few other projects lined up before this one.
