Can you tell me do you use only spirals for the larger portraits and what ply thickness was the pheasant.

Oh and the pheasant was exquisite and very fragile looking.

Thanks buddy.  All I ever use are spirals.  Never even attempted a flat blade ;)  I use birch ply 1/8 inch.  I usually stack cut 2 at a time. 3 if I think it will sell well.

Wow! That is a crazy lot of fine cutting going on there. Looks fantastic. How long did it take to make it? Great job thanks for posting.

I just received an order from Mike's Work shop and I included some spiral blades in it to give them a try.  This is going to be fun for me.  Charles, it would take me 12 hours just to drill the holes for that one.
