With all the cold wintery weather we're having it made me think of the Keekee bird. This creature is one we heard about quite frequently during the 50's and 60's, but for the past 15 or 20 years haven't heard about hardly at all. I certainly hope they haven't gone extinct, they were so magnificent even thought they were found only in the far north. So please, to all our friends living way  up  there tell me that you still get to hear their wonderful mating call as they fly around the north pole of: -

Kee Kee Kee-rist its cold up here!

They have been heard in the Dakotas as well.

Believe half of what you see, and none of what you hear.

The government is NOT always right, or on your side.
