Wanting to try Intarsia
« on: May 27, 2010, 01:50:00 pm »
I've been reading back posts, in the various sections on this forum and there seems to be a lot of people interested in trying to make Intarsias. If you are one of them, now is the time to start! I started in1992 when i saw this "Cat On A Limb" pattern and instructions, by Judy Gale Roberts, in "WOOD" magazine and I was hooked, once i finished the project. Prior to that I hadn't touched a scrollsaw in years, except to make one Segmentation picture of a Humming Bird, just to see if the saw still worked. If you have any questions I'm sure someone will be able to answer them.

That is very nice work. Reminds me of the cat from Alice In Wonderland.

Wow, you must have used one for years before not using one for years.  That's really nice work.

That's one cat you wouldn't mind hanging on your wall.
Great job.
