There are two dumb things I see in the picture. The obvious using the riding lawn mower/crane to trim the hedges. But if you look close the power lines are between the boom of the crane and the straps/riding lawn mower. So witch one is dumber ??? Or is it all the above ???  ::)

I think it is "Photo Stopped". Some of the wires look to be behind the crane boom and some look to be in front of it.  ;)
