New machine
« on: October 25, 2017, 01:20:29 pm »
Well due to problems with my scroll saw I have decided to return it and get a refund, there is definitely something wrong with it.

Although I have only tried it a couple of times I can see the potential and feel I will get a lot of enjoyment out of scroll sawing.

As a result I have just purchased   http://www.axminster.co.uk/axminster-trade-series-ex-21-scroll-saw-101772  and it will be delivered on Friday.

I just hope I have made the right choice this time  ;D

Does anyone know anything about this make model etc?

Pretty much that same as excalibur. Excalaibur stopping their saws and think this company is still making them. In the US we can not get excalibur saws anymore but there other companies that make ones that are just like them.

If it is as good as the Excalibur, and I believe it is, you have made a great choice.  I had an Excalibur, great saw.
