Missing notifications

What has happened to the notifications at the top right of the page that shows the responses to your posts and new posts and such. Shucks folks I don't remember what I wrote 10 minutes ago much less 5 or 10 days ago!!!!

The first sign of old age is unable to remember, the 2nd thing is----------  wait I got it, no that's not it, is??? Well you don't have to know what it is right now anyway, so I get back to you in a few days . Till then I have to remember to wear my underwear under my pants and not on the out side. Life gets tough after 60, all the pressure with socks and underwear, it's enough to drive a man to drink. Wait I can't drink because of the medication .Have you found the post yet. Could you loan me $189.36 for a cup of coffee, I hate drinking in those cheap places. The nurse said it's time to take my meds. BY-BY

Gabby I just went to the eye doctor and he said my  eyes were just fine as long as I wear my glasses. I would let you barrow mine but I forgot where I put them.

Well you wiseachers it's back working fine today. Glitches come and glitches go.
We just went thru a wicked 10 days without phone service. Someone authorized moving and assigning
our service to another address, in the meantime every time I would pick up the phone there would be the same message "This line is not in service at this time". I sure got tired of hearing that.
After I had contacted Frontier for the 3rd time a nice observant girl at the trouble desk discovered what had happened. after almost a week of repair tech's chasing around the boonies trying to find a problem with the hardware that didn't exist. Once they found out what the problem was it took another 3 days for them to reverse their screw up!
Argh! Progress!!

Technology is a 2 edged sword just as the politics is in Washington DC
