I used 2 coats of linseed oil before I put it together and after I put it all together I used one coat of Rustoleum triple thick glaze.  Thanks!

I remember seeing a topic that Steve had posted a good while back using the Searon Digital Inductive Engine Hour Meter from Amazon.  I was thinking about getting one in helping me price the work that I do for people.  If anyone has a link to the blog where Steve had posted it or have made one themselves, please let me know.  I was going to ask Steve about it, but I am sure he is a busy man.  Curious how I would wire it to my foot switch too.  Thanks in advance!

Yes, Karl I got the pattern from Steve's pattern gallery.  He has some amazing patterns in there!  And Jim, I bet that looked awesome inlaid in a box lid!  When you go to sell stuff, people don't realize how much time and effort that you have put into your work!
