Brag Forum / I have some new patterns available on my website

I was asked to post my new projects here so you can all see what I am up to. Both Keith and I have some new projects that we want to share.

I have a new plaque for the upcoming autumn and Halloween season called "Nevermore" (SLD475). It is a layered plaque that depicts the Edgar Allen Poe poem "The Raven":



Keith also has been having some Halloween fun with his 14 Simple Halloween Ornament set: (SLDK389)



I have a new set of two stand up reindeer as well (SLD476), that is the first part of a series. I will be completing the set very soon with two additional reindeer, a sleigh and a 'bonus' Rouldoph figure so you can make your own vignette for your mantle, table or under your tree:



And Keith has also been getting in the Christmas spirit and created this beautiful word art plaque (SLDK387)



Besides that - we have also started offering a "Two Dollar Pattern" that we will be rotating every several weeks. The first pattern we are going to include is Kieth's SLDK214 Trick or Treat plaque.



Besides patterns, we are always adding articles and videos and have some great free patterns on our Free Patterns and Resources page. We hope you stop by and check them out.

Hi, Everyone:

I just wanted to announce that we updated our site once again.  We added many new patterns that you still have time to make for your holidays.  We also still have several of our best selling ornaments on sale on our Pattern Specials page. (http://www.sheilalandrydesigns.com/pattern-specials) 

Remember - all of our designs are available as PDF files and we send them to you as soon as we see your order. This saves you both time and costly shipping fees.  Pictured below are some photos of our newest designs.

I also wanted to thank you all for your support and friendships this year. We have had our best year ever, and it is because of you that we are doing so well. With all the 'free' pattern sites out there, we are so pleased and honored that you choose us. It allows us to keep making the best patterns that we can  so we can offer them to you.

Keith and I both want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and happy holiday season. We are looking forward to a wonderfully creative and happy new year!

It CAME!!! It CAME!!!

I received my exchange ornament(s) today from Judy Hunter!!!

And . . . Not only did I receive a BEAUTIFUL personalized ornament - but she sent one for my partner KEITH as well!

Judy - you are SUCH a sweetheart! And the reindeer ornaments are simply lovely!  I will certainly keep them and cherish them as a remembrance of what a fabulous group we have here! 

I LOVE exchanges, and I love seeing and sharing the talent we have here as a group. Thank you so much Judy - I love them! And thank you Russ for making this exchange possible. I know it is a lot of work on your part to organize it and keep us in line!

I just wanted to post and wish my friends here a wonderful and Happy Thanksgiving!  I don't get here as often as I like, but I love seeing your posts and beautiful projects and helping out when I can with questions or recommendations.  I love all you guys and girls and you are all wonderful friends to me.  I am very blessed to know you all through this great forum.

Have a wonderful day - whether you are celebrating Thanksgiving or not - and try to remember on all the AMAZING things in your life to be thankful for!

I have a nice customer who lives in Nebraska and is looking for a source for the GOOD Baltic birch 1/8" plywood.  Can anyone here help me out?  I think he is willing to get it shipped, so even if you receive it by mail, any sources will be appreciated.

Pattern Requests. / Pattern Help Needed

I have a customer who needs someone to create a pattern for his headboard of some angles and crosses.  I was wondering if anyone here would be up for the job.  It is too much for me to handle right now, as I have several deadlines that I have to meet and I know there are lots of talented people here that may be able to help.  Just let me know if you are interested and I will hook you up.  Thanks so much in advance.

General Scroll Saw Talk / Thank You to Russ!

I wanted to post these pictures of the wonderful ornament that I received yesterday from Russ!  (YES! Canada Post is S - L - O - W  - !!)  Even though it is a bit late for this year, I think I will keep my little angel out all year long to remind me of the wonderful friendships and people that I know here from the forum.  Russ works so hard to make our ornament exchange go smoothly. I am so grateful that he takes the time to do so because I think it helps us get to know each other a bit better and share with each other.  That is what being part of our community here is all about.

There are so many wonderful people here, and I am happy that I joined this forum.  Russ - I sure do appreciate all that you do and thank you from the bottom of my heart for your thoughtfulness and kindness.  The angel is just beautiful and I will cherish it always!
