Well my new EX-21 arrived today and I set it up and I love it.  Great saw from Seyco.  Now to start scrolling tomorrow, don't have the time today but look out tomorrow.  I am a happy camper.

I 2nd the customer service from Seyco, my new EX21 arrived with modifications by UPS so Ray is sending out a new saw which should be here in the next couple of days.  Ray is very knowledgeable and helpful and I plan to continue doing business with him in the future.

Cover up part of the discharge this will reduce the current draw.  What I do is take a piece of plywood and start covering the discharge till the current is the same as the rated draw then make a permanent blockage to cover that amount.  We have done this many times and it works well.  The reason  for the excessive current draw is no back pressure, when it was used in a system the duct work provided some back pressure.

Just ordered a EX21 this morning from Seyco $819.99 with stand and foot switch & free shipping.  Can't wait for it to get here.

Do you like the Delta better than the EX21?, what model Delta did you get?

I got it from a place called Acme Electric in Fargo, North Dakota.  By now you probably know I took it back and bought a Delta.

Can you tell us where you got it as I'm on the verge of ordering one.  That is a good price, the one I am looking at is $919.99 with stand and light.

Sounds like either a bad switch or motor, try by passing the switch and see if that does it.
