Hello from rural Herefordshire in the UK.
I am new to power scrolling but put in many hours with a hand fret saw back in the 60's with my dad at the dining table making items from the old "Hobbys" magazines.
Now retired after decades working as an engineer on ships I thought it time to sort myself out with a hobby that I know I will enjoy.
I have sorted out a workshop so I have set up my old Hegner plus a new Axminster EX21. Practicing loads at the moment but finding Steve's web site and the forum is going to help a lot.
I intend to try lots of different types of scroll/fret work to see which I can really get my teeth into. I would also like to incorporate my work into other items my wife and I make (fused glass, wood turned items). These hopefully destined for her craft shop in our local town.
So nice to be here, wish me luck!
M

Welcome to the forum!
Since you and your wife own a shop, there must be plenty of
talent to add to the sales.
Keep us posted on your progress and show us some pics of your
work when you can.
God Bless! Spirithorse
