I'd like to make a name tag to wear at my ham radio club meetings. I'll probably do it out of 1/4 red oak. Any pattern ideas would be much appreciated..Thanks in advance!

Hi, Jon,
If you just type out the name in a font that is scrollable so the center of letters doesn't fall out
and print it large enough that you are comfortable cutting.
One I have used frequently is something like FreeForm Black 727 but, I just now learned that
that font is not on my new computer!

Spirithorse, do you mean FreeForm Black 721, or perhaps FFB710? Couldn't find a FFB727 on Dafont..
Jon, https://www.dafont.com/ (https://www.dafont.com/) has many free fonts you can download and install on your computer. On of the two above might be what you want. If not, the site has many stencil fonts available https://www.dafont.com/theme.php?cat=114 (https://www.dafont.com/theme.php?cat=114)
Good luck,
Jim
