:-\ How many of the old gang that got this group up and running are still stopping in? I have been gone a long time and thought I would stop in and say "Howdy"!

I drop in once in awhile. Haven't been doing much cutting but, I still enjoy seeing what is going on with other people.

I still look in every morning. Old habbits die hard. Just part of my morning routine. Sure miss you and a lot of the other guys.

I am laid up right now with shoulder and hand surgery on my "good" side, so playing the part of pitiful old lady ;D
Should be back to making saw dust in about 4-5 weeks. Stay in touch...please. HAPPY DAY! ;D :D ;)

Well I don't think it will ever be like the old times and I am now 79 and not near as active as I once was!
Still scroll and butcher wood on occasion tho!!! Just takes longer and have to be much more careful since the 'reaction time' is no longer as quick.
Wow how long has it been since Steve started this forum?

Sorry to hear you're laid up.
Had open heart surgery 25 July, tomorrow 1Sept. have cancer removed from left lung. Looks like I'll be down awhile longer.
Was in the shop yesterday & my Hawk was just sitting on its perch playing dead.
Sure hope to bring it back to life soon.
Get well & back to making saw dust.
Hope to be back in a week

Hi Dan good to see you as well I haven't been on the forum for a while my self, time goes by so fast these days people say it an age thing
Are you still scrolling full time? I.m at it most days but find sales are getting harder,

Hey Jim, good to hear from you again! I'm working full time so I only have the weekends and sometimes an hour or so after dinner to work in the shop. I'm still doing two shows a year, one coming up next month.
I'm still teaching scroll saw at the Woodcraft store, I have a class on Saturday. So I'm busy, busy, busy!

Health problems with me heart again.......aches and pains all over......probably from my youthful days..............ahhhhh so long ago.......
Must shuffle off now catch you's all again soon.........

HI all, I pop in almost daily but do not post much. At 85 years young I do not do any woodworking any more per doctors suggestion. I had a stroke in August and am still undergoing physical therapy.
My left side is still weak but I am improving slowly. Regards to all.

been away a long time, but here I am again.
I'm a member since spring 2010.
must say the forum crosses my mind very often, but hardly have time looking on it.
since my sawing accident i didn't do much scrolling....
think that not scrolling takes the fun out the forum as well,
but will try to pick up visiting you guys and gals every now and then.

Been a long time for me as well, recognize most of those names so will give a shout out to all. Reason I've been off is I only scroll in winter, fish, camp and yard work in summer. I'm here every day from the daily post but haven't said much.

Still here, but with macular degeneration at 86 years, I am not doing much scrolling. Happy New Year everyone.
