Don't know about that code thing, but all you do on internet that's not encrypted can be seen by anyone. hackers, government you name it.
every provider keeps track of you and records all your movement on the internet and will keep that for years.
big companies like facebook and google also have all your information. they use tracking cookies to grab all you extra browsing activities.
The only safe way is to not use internet...... ;)
