Title: Boxes

I am posting 2 more projects finished today. They are in 1 picture both are Bible boxes. The larger one is a Sue Mey design the smaller one is a Steve Good design. Both were a joy to make. They are made of poplar and BB. The smaller one is stained minwax ebony and the larger one is minwax dark walnut. The backer in the larger one is a glitter stock paper, stiff like a picture frame backer. The cross on the smaller is hickory.. Thanks for looking and for any comments... Sheila

Very nicely done Shelia.  I wonder how Sue's pattern would look like as inlay?  Thanks for sharing them with us.

Thank you both... DW Sues box would be lovely as an inlay and probably wouldn't be too hard to do... Sheila
