Title: Severe Weather
Post by: DWSudekum on April 15, 2012, 04:34:12 pm
I hope and pray that everyone in the heartland that has been in the path of these recent severe storms is ok. I also hope that everyone that you know in this area is ok.

OK around St. Louis area so far....we are getting a lot of wind off the edge of the storm front and are due for some thundershowers that may get intense but no warnings so far....A lot of our 'tornado alley' friends have not been so fortunate.

We made it through OK. Had twisters to the west about 30 miles and to the east (around Wichita) and to the north about 70 miles (near Salina). We got about 1/4" of rain, a few small hail stones and winds around 40 - 50 MPH and that was it!! Had a nice but breezy day today.
