I have just posted a picture in the gallery of a "First Communion Cross" it has not been finished yet, I have only just finished cutting it. It needs to be sanded then I need to decide if i want to leave it the colour it is or put a light stain on it. Your thoughts all welcome on that

Good looking cutting Keefie, it looks nice with the light color against the darker background, mayhaps a similar paint/stain?

Good job, looks great

Fantastic job. Thanks for posting

Very nicely cut. I personally would use a light stain nothing dark .. perhaps a golden oak or something along that line. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Very nice. I have done a few of theses crosses and used a black backer and stained the cross with natural stain.

That is some very good work. I believe that a light oak stain with the dark background would make it stand out very well. Someday I will be puttiig picturres f my work on the gallery and I am hoping they will be as good.
