Title: CSH Files

Hi guys/gals a wee Q, I downloaded some CHS files of silhouettes and have no program that can open them.
Anyone no of a free program or work around please.
Remember I am not tooo computer savvy (sp).

I think I would try copying one of them, rename it as a ????.JPG file and try to open with Irfanview which is a great free graphics file program.
May or may not work.

It looks like you need Photoshop or Photoshop Elements to access these files... they create custom shapes within the software...

I don't know if it can be done, but if it was posted on here could one of our fantastic computer wizards convert it to a .jpg file for you?? just a thought.

Sorry Keefie...the one thing Steve does not allow us to do is upload files.

That opens the door for ALL manor of BAAAAAAD things that can happen and we don't need that exposure.

Merlin, Photoshop Elements 10 will open CSH files.  It's about $80 US, significantly cheaper than Photoshop and is a quite capable photo editing/organizing program.  I've been using Elements since about 2004, and have upgraded a couple times.  I need to upgrade my computer before I try to upgrade PS Elements again, though.  Just an option for ya!

Thanks guys, I have been offered an older photo shop when that gets here will see if it works if not real biggie.
There are heaps of other silhouettes out there just thought there mybe  an easy fix ;D.
