Title: Need Help with pattern/Ideals

I was looking at Steve's Pattern (http://www.stevedgood.com/timerunfemale.pdf) and was wondering how I could change that into something that I could give to my wife for her to hang her running medals on it.  Looking forward to yout thoughts and inputs.

I'm no pattern maker, but what about something like this? you would need to change the "Wife's" to your wife's name and put hooks along the bottom to hang the medals on

It is spooky! Its face of Christ moving,i guess it is type of a optical illusion.
