Title: Hello from SW Washington state

Newbie here from S.W. Washington state. I'm retired from the U.S. Coast Guard and work for a regional airline. I've been a wood worker for 30+ years but I'm new to working with scroll saws. I've had a couple of cheap scroll saws over the years but my experience has been very discouraging until my wife bought me a Delta 40-690 for my birthday a couple of weeks ago when Woodcraft had it on sale (a great deal) and I'm finally hooked. I've completed a few small simple projects and have had great fun learning and hope to learn more. My latest project was the MAN CAVE SAW that Steve was good enough to provide on the site (THANKS STEVE). I hope to move up in level of difficulty and will be perusing the forums here and I look forward learning from you folks. Thanks for a great site!
