Title: Woodworker Cross
Post by: Coullion on February 08, 2012, 02:00:47 pm
Just finished this. I am sending it to my brother in Livingston, Texas. He has a wood shop there and I think it would look good displayed there. Now I need to make one for myself haha.

Looks pretty much flawless to me well done, I like the homely touch of the dog and cat and the S/S as the main weapon of choice in the middle of the saw blade nice touch   Iggy

Question - What wood did you use for this one, and could it be stack cut?

Like the cross, might have to see if I can get that one.

Nice work.

I used 1/4" Baltic Birch plywood for the pattern and for the backer. And yes it can be stack cut quite well. I just don't think to do things like that before I get started...hahaha Always in too much of a hurry to get cutting.
