What kind of blade do you use in cutting the standup puzzles?  I would like to make some?

Hey Gene, For standup puzzles I usually use a FD UR #5 or #7 depending on hardness and thickness of the wood. Make sure your blade is square to the table. If it is off as little as a half of a degree, the pieces will not fit on both sides. Don't ask me how I know this!

I use the FD superior puzzle blades for all puzzles I like the thin lines they cut. He has different ones and I've found no other blades in general compare to the quality of his and I've tried a bunch of different blades.
