nice link Gabby. I wish they had a multicolor pack for a special deal.

They do give a 10% discount for 3 or more. I viewed the bottle up close and it says 8 ounces, I imagine that would go a long way on scroll work.
I can imagine using it on featureless wood like birch or poplar after cutting and sanding for intarsia pieces to develope the picture.
What do you think?

There is probably a lot you could do with it. Years ago I owned a pipe & tobacco shop and did repairs on smoking pipes for customers. I had a set of dyes that I used to match the colors of the wood whenever we had to sand off a touch to fit a new stem. It took a bit of a learning curve, but worked out perfectly. I have often wished I had a source for those dyes for my wood shop. It would really work for small things like letter openers, bookmarks, etc where a splash of color grabs the attention. It actually worked well on wood with a lot of figure to as the contrast shows through the dye.

Hey Gabby.... This is really right up my alley so to speak. I have always preferred some color to a lot of my crafts over the plain wood grain look, so needless to say I am gonna order me a few colors. I did buy some type of wood dye that comes in a powder form that is mixed with water, but that was a waist. Anyway I let yas know down the road. Danny :+}

Like the effect it gives on wood. Thanks for sharing Gabby.

I have also liked to add a little color to some of my projects. This I might have to try. 8)
