Title: General Custard

This is one from Gary Brownings book of Civil War portraits. Pretty easy to cut. It's 1/8" BB ply.

Got the frame from a thrift store. I was going to leave it rough and a little worn, but looking at the photo of it, I think I'll refinish it.

I think you did a great job, Dan.  I'm sort of with your first train of thought; I like the rustic look the old frame has.
