Hi,
I plan on cutting some ornaments from 1/8 inch acrylic. From those of you who have done this what saw speed and blade do you find that works best for you? Any tips you care to offer would be great. I am using a transparent acrylic and a Dewalt saw if it makes any difference. I also use almost exclusively flying dutchman blades. I have most types of those. Thanks....Gary

Flying Dutchman - Polar
Extra hard, longlasting, skip-tooth blades for wood, horn and various plastics.
The # 3 is used a lot or the # 5. Make sure you use some kind of tape. It helps that it does not melt back together.
