You have all been keeping me company while I recover and I sure do appreciate it. They say recovery is 10 days for every day in the hospital and after 2 1/2 months in there it will be a while. Just wanted you all to know that I am not
ignoring you. I am just so lazy ;D and my right hand doesn't work so typing takes a while witha lot of checking and editing. I am making some sawdust but like everything else it takes a long time. Love you all!! Thanks for being here for me.

Hey Judy, It's nice to hear from you! You do what you need to do to heal yourself. Take your time! We are here for you when you need a friend.
-
Judy. Experience has shown me that those hours may be long, but they do come to an end. Hang in there and do everything you can to stay comfortable. Before you know it you will be back up on that horse and riding.
-
You be as lazy as you need to! You need to take care of yourself so you can heal properly. We are all glad you are OK and it is good to hear of your progress. Take care, Judy and take your time coming back as you feel up to it. We will all be here waiting for you and aren't going anywhere. :)

take your time Judy, we read it on our own pace, so why can't you write it on you're own pace.
I can imagine it's annoying for you, but we are so glad to read things from you, so keep posting please!!

Fine! Lazy is a normal status for me ;D
What happened to your right hand?
-
You are not LAZY! You are recovering from a major health problem and I truly know what you are going through...after my big mishap in March of 2008 it took me a whole year to feel comfortable doing most of the things that I used to do and I still can't do some of them but I have learned to compensate.
You will be amazed at the things you can do with your left hand as you try and learn....
And then I got started in scrolling...so you see it will come bsck, you have prior experience and I was a beginner.
Now for the GrayBeard pronouncement!
"TAKE your damn time, Lady and don't push!"
OR I may just have to come out there and paddle your bottom!!!!

If you where lazy you wouldn't be trying to type or make saw dust. Just do what you can and work you way up to a full recovery. We have plenty of time to wait for you. :) :) :)

Much as I hate to say it, because it's pick on Russ week! ;)
But he nailed it Judy! Give the devil his due. ;D

As Russ says Judy you are still a young lady and have plenty of time for recovery, I have never had an op. so I really cant comment but I had an horrific MVA and it took 3 years to make a full or as full as it could be recovery and I was only in the hospital for 4 days so I have an idea what you are talking about
-
Judy none of us are going anywhere so just call in when you feel the need, and you be as lazy as you want.

Hey! You may be lazy, but that doesn't make you a bad person!
There is nothing you can do to speed the healing process - the body "knows" what it needs, and that's time. Relax, be patient, and the healing will continue. As the expression goes, "Take it a day at a time".
Be well,
-
I hear you Judy. That's not lazy, but rather recuperation. I would suggest patience but my family would laugh at me. I actually looked to see if there were any sub openings so it will get better.
