This was displayed by Blackie at the scroll saw work shop that we went to on Saturday it was truly a beautiful portrait of a horse that Blackie had cut and thought I would like to share it with the forum

Yes the frame was excellent I said to Blackie that the frame he made was very complimentary to the pattern and he must have given a lot of thought before making it

Makes it look like an Indian picture on stretched buffalo hide. Tell him he did a Great Job, and used great imagination. Needless to say Gabby really likes! ;D ;D ;D ;D

I will agree with all that has been said before me here That frame is awesome it make the cut stand out even more, what great idea for it tell Blackie He did a wonderful job and with cuts liek that he so needs to be here with us why is he not.

Hi Guys and Girls,yes I am pleased with the way this patten turned out it is a Sue May patten, I love her pattens as they are easy to follow,the skin is RIMU an N.Z.native timber and the frane is Walnut with leather thong to tie it on and a venner backing. thanks for the comments. Cheers Graeme
