Hey!! Thats not fair!

I think I will have to get out my old 'dictionario de Espanol' and refresh the old memory!

Wow!!! I got thinner and gasoline but that's all. Has anyone used gasoline???
Seems to me it would be too oily. Ron
-
OMG!!! Are you serious? Gasoline!??

frank asked how I can remove the adhesive timber season, when I take the paper is a film of glue, try to remove it with thinner or gasoline is a gummy paste and harder to remove, or that of sandpaper, to spoil by the glue that sticks, thanks for the reply-- I have never put glue on to any wood surface so I don't know what to tell him--I used a on line translator then cut and paste maybe some one can help Frank out--Richard aka thumbs

If you want to remove the pattern off the wood just lightly brush Mineral Spirits over the pattern, wait 5 minutes and the pattern will peel right off. Then use a rag with more Mineral spirts on it and wipe off the sticky residue.
Mineral Spirits will not harm the wood in any way.

I always use painter's blue masking tape on the wood before gluing on pattern. It peel's right off when you are finished.

I was wondering why no one mentioned this before?!?!?!?
Wood, then blue tape, then pattern, then clear packing tape.
After cutting grab the blue tape, peel off, sand and finish!

i mostly use a heat gun to heat the glue and peel off the pattern and then rub some goo be gone or goo off on with a rag
-
I don't use glue at all. My way is: wood, pattern, clear tape... done. Works for me.

I tend to leave the pattern on. That way it kinda looks like what I ment it to be

I put masking tape on the wood first and then apply the spay adhesive to the tape to place the pattern on the wood. The tape will remove easily without leaving any residue

I use Mineral Spirits, let soak for a few minutes. Then scrap with a razor blade knife. I let this dry, blow it off, then run off the piece with #220 sandpaper. Dave 8)
