Title: Location Question
Post by: LHayes on July 26, 2011, 12:44:24 am
Hey, I was wondering if there are any other people on here that happen to live on the Big Island of Hawaii like I do. Everytime I do a Farmers Market of one of the local shows, people are suprized to see items that are made with a scrollsaw...so I was wondering if others live here and cut.

at least Clayton Boyer is living on that beautiful island Click one (http://lisaboyer.com/Claytonsite/Claytonsite1.htm) Click two (http://www.claytonboyer.blogspot.com/).
I think there are others too.

Selling scroll saw stuff is always interesting. I always get the "did you laser cut it?" question.
As If someone wants to have a James Bond like Laser cutting machine downstairs  :o ;D

Hey Larry, Don't live in Hawaii, but I do live in the next state closest to you!

That's the one place I think I'd rather live than in Florida where I do live.  I visited Kauai twice and loved it.

Lived in California for many years and spent some time in Flordia a well.  Have to say I like living here much better.  We do learn to do without alot of things we were used to on the Mainland, but there are plenty of other things that make up for it...like the nice weather all year long, the warm ocean, fresh fish caught daily..most of all we love the people here.
