I upgraded to a Dewalt 788 and LOVE it. However, the blade is not center of the hole in the table. Looking down on the table, the blade is less than 1/8 inch from the right hand side of the hole. I don't see any adjustment to correct this. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you correct this.
thanks in advance, MIKE

hi mike,
i just recently purchased a dewalt and mine has the same prob as yours. no idea how to correct it, but it hasnt interfered with my sawing either though.

When you assemble the saw and get to the part where you attach the table you can move it left and right slightly to center the blade.

Mine was also off centered. The store assembled it for me, but I adjusted the table later and that centered it

Thanks Dan, I was able to move it a little to the left. Not quite center but close enough.

I had the same problem with my DW788 until I looked under the table and saw bolts fastening the table to the brackets. Loosened bolts, slid it over, and retightened. Problem solved.

I love my Dewalt too, and yes the table is not centered. I thought it was just like me-a little off center! Now I know how to fix it. Thanks

I love this forum because not only do I find out to fix problems, I discover I have problems I didn't realize I had. Is that a two-fer?

Mine's centered but if it wasn't I wouldn't have known how to fix it... till now :)
