Did you cut in the lines for the fingers and such, or burn them in?
I really like the effect the bamboo has on the hands it enhances the joints.
Is that from cutting board material?

All the veining on the fingers and that was cut with a #3UR blade the entry hole was made with a #55 drill. The lines are all cut I did not burn them in. And yes this was a 1/2 thick bamboo cutting board from my local Walmart. They are relatively inexpensive way to get good solid bamboo with out having to order it in special.
