Title: CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X4 Home & Student Edition

I was wondering if this program will allow you to edit pdf files.
Often I want to enlarge or shrink a pattern but am unable to if it is pdf.

Hi Stephen, Corel Draw is not specifically designed to edit .pdf files although it will import them. Depending on how the .pdf was created they can be re-sized after being imported.
