Title: Steve's "God Bless America" plaque

If I see the design correctly, then the "2011" on the backer is suppose to be cut out.  If that is the case, the the middle of the "0" is a floater.  If I am incorrect and the 2011 is just glued to the backer then please ignore this post ;)

Hey Charlie, It looks to me the 2011 should be cut separately, then glued on the backer. But that is just my opinion.

Charlie why don't you just ask Steve in the ask Steve area of the forum this way he can fix if it is a floater.
