Title: My dog Sophie
Post by: marmoh on June 22, 2011, 10:21:44 pm: I was supposed to foster Sophie for 3 weeks ... that was 7 years ago !!! Kind of got "stuck" with her but wouldn't trade her for the world now. She has diabetes and gets insulin every day. Cut on 1/4" BB ... haven't decided how I'm going to finish it yet.

I know how tough it is with a diabetic dog. Our dog is diabetic and needs to get injected twice a day, plus having to watch what he eats. We have to feed him special food available only from the vets office. Fortunately his favorite snacks are snapp peas and baby carrots.

Nothing gives more satisfaction than taking care of the unfortunate.
And nothing/no one returns LOVE like a pet!
