Title: Wow
Post by: slowcutter on May 25, 2011, 01:11:22 am
I was looking at the Bragg sheet.
Sure glad I don't know how to post a photo on here.
Compared to what I looked at my work is a sawdust pile.
today I cut 2 things I got off Steve Goods site.
There not much but I am a total beginner.
Sleepy time

CU all later

Leave a Smile

JP we're not all like Al  aka  Intarsia whatever his number.
or Charlie.
I'm going to post my project once it's done, warts and all.
I'll be proud of it because i stuck to it and finished it.
It's a labor of love, therefor valuable. If only to me.
So show us what you've accomplished no one will make fun of it, weelll maybe me. LOL

You'll see more of it than a photo is ever able to show - so don't hesitate, just post your works here. Every piece has it's marks, scares or non-perfect edge or something. It get's better with experience, but you'll never have "the perfect result".

And remember, it's handcraft work, so there need to be some "imperfections" on it. People wont believe you've made it yourself if it's to perfect.

Torsten

I've sold very few projects but I find if you give them away like fund-raisers for a friend with cancer or any number of good causes for their auction, they are always accepted with wide smiles and no one cares how it looks ;)

Hi JP. There are a lot of good people here. If you need any help at all, don't be afraid to ask. There is no wrong, or bad work. It is yours, made by you. Be proud, we all think we make mistakes, but there are no judges here. Just enjoy

No shame here. I was pulling a Gabby & pulling legs.
I just do this for the fun of it & my work will never be great.
I hate finish work so mostly I just knock off the burs ,dip it in a finish & that's it

I would show my work but do not  know how to post photos on here.

Rain today

My good deed for the day.
