Title: Pattern altsax needed can anybody help

I have been asked to make a name plaque with an alt saxophone on it. Now I have an idea but cannot put it into pattern so I hope somebody can help me out. I thought of having the sax and than have six notes coming out of it so I can burn her name on it a letter on every note. Hope this makes sence.

Glad you like it.  Merlin, here is a modified pattern. It has the first few notes for "This Little Light of mine."  Did you have a specific song in mind?

This is a fantastic pattern. I love the idea. You could do a lot with it, using different musical instruments and such.
Again, wonderful pattern?
