I requested a pattern a while back, but no one could come up with the one that I saw and wanted.  So it was an important gift for the Bride of my life, but no legal pattern so I borrowed the one I looked at and if the poster of the first cut-out will forgive me, All I can say it was for my bride and a one time use.
I don't even know if I should post it but it has the saying you described.
