Title: Guess What It is!

I thought I would see how many people would guess at what this thing is.
It is 5 1/4" by 5 1/"  and has an eye in the middle.
Here is alittle hint: it hangs on the wall.

That's probably a lamp - the black "eye" is just the switch.
