not really.... I use a dremel tool with a diamond type burr, a pattern, carbon paper, and masking tape.

My brother steals scrollsaw patterns from me for that.  He uses a sand blaster.

Well I had the dremel, mirror, and a pattern. Plus I was bored. Thats about it.
