Hang in there and keep smiling.  I cleaned my shop last Friday for the first time in a few months.  It was no picnic.
But it makes me feel good each time I go in there this week.

I know what you mean.  I would much rather make sawdust than clean.  Stop and make something - that might get you back in a good mood.

Had to at least sweep my shop.  Ran out of bottom clamps for my Hegner.  Only found three.

No time for cleaning right now. Spring Break here. Beach, fishing, Universal Studios, busy, busy, busy.  :)

we did a 22 mile (11 miles and back) bike trip to the new school of my daughter for next year.
I normally don't do more then 10 miles a year 8)
...and now my upper legs and hip are killing me. :(
can't sit or stand very long.

So I guess the questions that I have now are:

A) ride 22 miles again tomorrow >:(
B) never ride a bike again ;D
C) ride the bike once a week  :o
D) go scrolling  ::)

what would you do?

Well this ol' fart is feeling frisky today...Recovering from the 'Funk'!

Clean house and get ready for son and soon to be bride for big dinner tomorrow. Tonight I am a judge at a "Trivia Contest"...see I get to use my "Storehouse of Useless Knowledge"!

Marcel...exercise gurus tell you to do a Heavy day and then a light day...so ride some today and then try more tomorrow...my routine! Maybe take a 'brisk walk'! If you do nothing you will hurt longer...have to get oxygen in those muscles you wore out!

LOOK OUT Group! I'm coming back strong!

GB Glad to see you're getting back to your old self. Marcel  you know that B is not an option in our country, you will have to mount your iron horse sooner or later again. The sooner the better actually. GB is right about your muscles needing the oxogen.
