Title: Hell'o from Kingman Arizona

Hi everyone my name is Chris and I'm very happy to have found this website! I was looking into a way to make extra money and started getting info on cnc plasma tables, got a cutter and some metal, but then had to rethink things cause those tables are expensive even to build! I've got lots of sanders and grinders, and saws already so I thought WOOD. Picked up a 16" craftsman scroll at a swap meet for $20 and this is fun. Can't wait to learn enough to start some fret work but I have a lot of practice to go.
Anyway I'm glad to be here :D

Chris, welcome from Maine.  Be prepared to put all other hobbies/crafts to the side.  This stuff is addicting.  I'm starting to wonder if scrolling sawdust contains some type of addictive drug!?!   :D ???
