Title: My second project

Here's my second project. Really didn't want to post it since there is so much talent on this forum, but I figured everyone else shares, so I should too.

7/16" Walnut, dipped in lemon oil, then finished with clear semi-gloss poly.

More projects = more practice ;D

This is really a beautiful cross!  You should be proud of it!  We are always happy to see what everyone is up to and I think that it is really inspiring to see other people's wonderful work such as this. 

You did a beautiful job!  Thank you so much for sharing it with us!

Thanks for all the positive comments, everyone hear is awesome and so supportive of eachother. The people here definetly make the forum what it is...OUTSTANDING!!!

@dgman...I'm in Santa Clarita, towards Valencia/Castaic area, not too far from where your at.

Cool! We are practically neighbors! Al (Intarsia 92) lives in Whittier, not to far from us. We should all get together and have a conference of the southern west coast members!

First off why would you be hesitant in sharing such a georgeous piece? Your attention to detail and cuts are spectacular. If this is only your second project I can't wait to see what the future holds. Also, once upon a time I lived in Anaheim and San Diego. I love the west coast!
