I've noticed that topics and their responses show newest first. Is there a way to start with the original topic and the responses can follow as given versus having to scroll to the bottom or end of the topic to find out what was asked? Um, or is it just me? ???
-
Ive also noticed this. Things seem backwards to me...But thats normal!

Hi,
Click 'last post' on the gold bar to chose ascending or descending sort.

It changed the main forum's order but not each individual topic's order. Your suggestion is still at the top of the topic versus the end of it.
-
His is one above yours and yours Charlie is at the bottom of my page, so it fixed it for me.

Still happening. On discussion page gold bars I have at the top of the page is:
Bar 1 Reply | Notify | Mark Unread | Send this topic | Print
Bar 2 Author Topic: A Small suggestion (Read 101 times)
At the bottom of the page the gold bars are:
Bar 3 Reply | Notify | Add Poll | Send this topic | Print
Bar 4 Remove topic | Lock Topic|

Whow Steve This Forum is a winner.
Suggestion we now need a pattern Vault.
-
The pattern vault is a good idea. I'll see what I can come up with. I'm a little concerned about copyright issues so I'll have to give it a bit of thought. Good idea though.

Steve, does my suggestion/concern make sense? Most times when a topic is started, all of it's responses are below it chronologically. I am seeing them as newest responses at the top. In each individual topic discussion, not in the categories or topic titles.
-
Charlie,
Your suggestion makes sense to me.
Here is what fixed it for me.
In my profile I unclicked show most recent post at top. Under look and layout preferences..
Fixed it for me.

It worked! Wow, cool, now I feel normal ;D Thanks

Happy we got it figured out.

Hey Charlie, I see you found an answer. To be honest I'm still learning all the forum setting and what they do myself.
